Dr. William T. Chittenden is the President and CEO of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking (SWGSB) at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. He previously served as SWGSB’s Chief Academic Officer. At Texas State University, he served as Presidential Fellow, as well as Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and Chair of the Department of Finance and Economics in the McCoy College of Business. Chittenden is a past president of the San Antonio Association for Financial Professionals and the Academy of Financial Services. He has been interviewed for TV and radio in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Austria, Germany, and Singapore, and he has been quoted in Fortune, USA Today, and numerous other publications. His articles for The Conversation have been viewed over 525,000 times.

Dr. Bob Giacalone is the Fields Chair in Ethics and Corporate Responsibility at the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University. He has taught a range of behavioral courses from business ethics to organizational behavior/human resource management, and international management — and has taught at the undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels. Dr. Giacalone has edited several book series, been editor-in-chief of the Journal of Management, Spirituality, and Religion, and editor of several special journal issues. He has edited/authored 11 books and over 140 articles on business ethics, social responsibility and values, impression management, and exit interviewing. Additionally, he has had consulting roles with large organizations in different sectors, including the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, PERSEREC (a security division of the U.S. Department of Defense), FBI, Dominion Energy, Battelle, and the Federal Reserve Bank.

Josh Giacalone joined the Haverford Trust Company in 2019. As a Corporate Sustainability Analyst, he works with the investment team to incorporate the review of ESG metrics, research, and corporate issues into the investment process. He also assists in providing quantitative and fundamental research to be used by the research team and Haverford’s Investment Selection Committee.

Dr. Stephanie T. Solansky is an associate professor of Management and the Garland Hunnicutt Professor of Management in the Department of Management at McCoy College of Business. Her research passions are leadership, teamwork/collaboration, wisdom, temporality in organizations, and complexity theory. She has published in top tier journals in the field of management including journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Leadership Quarterly, and Management Learning. Dr. Solansky’s professional experience outside of academia have included: directing of a multi-million-dollar leadership professional development program in which over 1,000 organizational administrators were trained; consulting with organizations on behavioral, decision-making and strategic issues (Fortune 500, public sector, small businesses, and non-profits); and working as a purchasing agent in a public corporation.

Dr. Jeff Todd is an associate professor of business law in the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University. He earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas and a Ph.D. in English from Texas A&M University. Prior to academia, he practiced transnational environmental and tort litigation at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP, after clerking at the Supreme Court of Texas. He teaches classes on the legal environment of business, international business law, and sustainability law. His research is interdisciplinary and draws from law, rhetoric, and economics. Among his dozens of academic publications are recent articles in the Harvard Environmental Law Review, Environmental Law, University of Colorado Law Review, and Temple Law Review.
