John Cunningham

Co-Founder, Victory CTO, Pick-A-Prof.com and MyEdu.com

John Cunningham is a veteran entrepreneur with three successful startups under his belt. He specializes in operations while building and delivering large-scale, high-availability, consumer-facing applications.

In 2015, John started Victory CTO—with a handful of Texas technology experts—which provides executive consulting, development, and marketing-automation services.

In his role as Chief Technology Officer for W2O Group, John lead the software and solutions arms of WCG, Twist, and Brewlife as well as the development of Nextworks and a number of developing opportunities for W2O while working with some of the most interesting companies in the Fortune 100.

Previously, John co-founded two education-technology companies, MyEdu.com and Pick-A-Prof.com, where he architected the infrastructure behind the world's largest academic data warehouse, designed and built the cloud-based automated data collection platform that served both companies, and co-designed their products.

His specialties include consumer product development, real-time SaaS infrastructures, enterprise-class database design and implementation, high-availability cloud computing environments, data collection and storage, robust web search methods and indexing approaches, and large-scale system deployment. John is proficient in numerous programming languages, system administration technologies, and server architectures

Chris Chilek

Co-Founder, Victory CTO, Pick-A-Prof.com and MyEdu.com

Chris Chilek is a veteran business architect with successes including Pick-A-Prof, MyEdu, and others. Currently, along with John Cunningham, he is serving as Co-Founder of Victory CTO, which is the world's leading Hypernetic Solutions consultancy that delivers business evolution through technology, data-driven processes, and cross-disciplinary experiences to create transformative business solutions.

Raised in Austin, Chris is founder of multiple successful start-ups specializing in tech, data-driven process, multi-disciplinary perspectives, and organization-wide alignment.

Chris earned a BS in Computer Engineering, which he claims is surprising given his penchant for and early gravity toward digital marketing. In fact, his stated “secret” to marketing success in the 2000s has subsequently become mainstream digital marketing dogma: data-based analytics and analysis. He coined the turn of phrase “Math + Magic” to encapsulate his philosophy and to equally represent both the analytical and social intelligence required to be successful.

No one has ever worked for Chris Chilek. As a stated tenet of every business he has started, team members only work with Chris.
