Carina Boston Pinales brings over eight years of experience in social impact, and change management with a focus on addressing community needs through technology, collaboration and work-space solutions.

She has built a reputation by collaborating with some of the leading progressive minds in social innovation and business, including Google Fiber, The Main Street Program, and the Rocky Mountain Institute.

Pinales drives the strategies that help facilitate solutions with business sustainability and growth focusing on opportunities to achieve the required outcomes and beyond. She has a background in psychology and design as well as a certification in Life Coaching from the American Union of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This has equipped her to be a visionary and manage teams by optimizing process, tools and techniques to navigate the people side of change to achieve efficient results. Trained in ethics, multicultural and diversity issues, Pinales is routinely sourced to help facilitate and manage personal transitions resulting in the adoption of strategic practices.

She founded the first ever coworking space in what is now being called “The Innovation Corridor,” Splash Coworking (Splash). Splash offers a diverse, inclusive entrepreneurial environment which provides access to tools and opportunity for underrepresented founders and start-ups. Locally driven and globally connected, Splash has developed an innovative ecosystem in the heart of Texas including funding, mentoring, and educational resources.
