Kreasha Williams is a Texas girl with a love for all things beautiful: fashion, travel, interiors, culture, and art. A Texas State alumna with a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Business Administration, she began her career in the fashion industry working for some of the numerous sought-after designers. During that time, she learned foundational leadership skills and the art of running a creative business. At age 21, Kreasha founded her first company, Thrift Outside The Box, which was a curated subscription service that provided style and fashion for the everyday women on a budget.
Along the way Kreasha, developed a passion for reaching back and helping younger girls excel. While traveling the country and speaking to Generation-Z girls, Kreasha felt inspired to create specifically for them. As a result, in 2016, she co-founded The Wantabes, which is a creative agency that focused on delivering perspective-changing campaigns, projects, and initiatives for girl-centric companies all over the world.
Additionally, as a self-proclaimed multi-hyphenate, Kreasha realized that she loved interior design and found that she had a natural gift for it. This passion and talent led to her creating well-designed, culturally driven Airbnbs. These efforts were the birth of what is now Kreasha’s third company, Mocha’s Home, which has become a destination for all things beautiful in the home.
In her corporate life, Kreasha serves as an Operations Manager at Meta (formerly Facebook) and previously as Global Operations Leader at Lyft. She is an active professional with 8 years of experience leading and developing teams in the tech and luxury fashion spaces. She has a proven ability to lead strategic go-to-market plans, launch new collections, and implement merchandising strategies to gain influence and a loyal customer base. Kreasha also has a results-driven mentality with a proven record of increasing sales, gaining new partnerships, and developing high-achieving teams. As an effective partner of C-suite executives in tech and luxury industries, she regularly presents new product, vendor management, and operational improvement plans. Moreover, Kreasha is comfortable working at the nexus of complexity and ambiguity, showing an ability to leverage the power of creativity in order to solve complex problems. ✯
