Chief Executive Officer, Harden Healthcare, LLC
Lew Little is chief executive officer and co-founder of Harden Healthcare, LLC. Harden was formed in December of 2001 to own senior care facilities. The company's home health subsidiary, Girling Health Care, serves the home health needs of the elderly and infirmed in 12 states. It currently operates and manages senior care facilities (skilled nursing and assisted living) in Texas through its subsidiary TRISUN Healthcare. Harden also provides in-patient and out-patient therapy services (MBS Rehab), long-term care pharmacy services (MBS Pharmacy) and nurse practitioners (MBS Integrated Care). In 2010, the company acquired Voyager HospiceCare, which provides hospice care in seven states.
Prior to the formation of Harden Healthcare, Little was president of Capstar Partners, LLC beginning in 2000 and president of Bank of America in Austin, Texas. He began his banking career in 1981 with Texas Commerce Bank in Houston.
Little currently serves on the boards of Andrew Harper Travel, ECG Foundation, Austin Community Foundation, and the Seton Fund. He is a member of the Austin Area Research Organization (AARO, a current member and former chapter chair of the Austin chapters of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the World Presidents Organization (WPO). In June 2005, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year in Austin by Ernst and Young.
Born and raised in Austin, Little earned his BBA in Marketing (1979) and his MBA, with a concentration in Finance (1981), from the University of Texas at Austin.
