Jayson Feltner is a co-founder and Managing Director of Feltner Financial, an Austin based micro-VC firm. The brands they’ve worked with previously include: Crux Natural Gas, Allied Midstream, Wildfitters, and Free Flexor.
In 2015, Feltner Financial funded the launch of CustoMix Nutrition, an Austin based start-up, who is disrupting the nutritional supplement industry through Activity-Based nutritional products. Their flagship products, RunnerMix, CycleMix, and YogaMix will appear on shelves in HEB stores throughout Texas on November 28, 2016.
In April 2007, Jayson began leading Allied Equipment's efforts to further develop their line of CNG Storage Spheres by implementing the business plan developed in Dr. Bell's Studies in Entrepreneurship Course at Texas State University. During Jayson's tenure, Allied Equipment grew to become the world's largest manufacturer of CNG Storage Spheres for refueling facilities.
In May 2011, Jayson assumed the role of Vice President for Allied Equipment and grew the company from $8 Million in revenue to $94 Million in revenue in under three years.
Foreseeing trouble in the energy industry, Jayson left the company in December of 2014, and moved his family back home to Austin, Texas to launch Feltner Financial.
Jayson has been featured in several television broadcasts including "Today in America" with Terry Bradshaw, and "Manufacturing Marvels." These programs have aired on Fox Business Network, MSNBC, and CNN. He has also appeared in print through Energy & Mining Magazine, School Transportation News, Business in Focus Magazine, The Austin-American Statesman, and The Houston Chronicle.
Jayson lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife Christy and their two children. Both Jayson and Christy are proud Bobcats.
