Dan Roy is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Priority Personnel, Inc., a privately held staffing firm headquartered in San Marcos, Texas.
Roy is a graduate of St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, where he received a BBA in Corporate Financial Management. After graduation, he joined Boatmen's National Bank, St. Louis and subsequently joined the bank's correspondent banking division.
Roy returned to Texas and in 1993, he founded Priority Personnel, Inc. Over the years, Priority and its affiliates have worked with over 125,000 job seekers and have placed more than 20,000 people with hundreds of employers.

Roy has served on the State Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Business and has served as Chair, Vice Chair, and Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Greater San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2004, he joined 24 leaders from across the country to assist the National Institute for Literacy in the development of a business plan for its Equipped for the Future adult learning program.
Roy presently serves on Advisory Boards for Frost Bank and the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University. He is a member of the Chancellor's Council for the University of Texas System and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Gabriel's Catholic School in Austin, Texas.
Roy, his wife Kathy, and their two children, Katie and Michael currently reside in Austin, Texas.
