November 16, 2010: Mr. Coleman Sterling

Coleman Sterling was born in Baytown, Texas, a small industrial community located just east of Houston. He graduated from Ross S. Sterling high school in 1992. After attending 3 semesters at Robert E. Lee Junior College, Coleman joined the United States Air Force. He served his country for 7 ½ years as a Crew Chief and jet mechanic on the B-1 Bomber airframe. Coleman exited the Air Force in August 2001 and decided to return to school and graduated from Texas State University in 2005 with his MBA.
Immediately upon graduation, Coleman entered his family owned business, ENERGY worldnet, a web based training and data management company in the oil and gas industry. There, Coleman held the titles of E-Learning Program Developer, Manager of Operations and Executive Vice President. ENERGY worldnet now operates in 38 states and 3 countries with annual sales exceeding 1.4 million. 
After 5 years at ENERGY worldnet, Coleman was given the opportunity to develop his own company. He is developing a complimentary LMS (Learning Management System) that is designed to work with ENERGY worldnet and its competitors. Coleman plans on opening his new company in Austin, Texas.
